Information Collection

Always Sign collects information from our users at several different points on our website. We use this information to improve the customer experience. By supplying artwork, digital files, logos and printed materials to Always Sign for reproduction, customer represents that he/she has the usage right to reproduce such material and does not violate any copyrights, statue, law, ordinance, or government regulation.

Order

We request information from the user on our order. A user must provide contact information such as name, email and shipping address and financial information such as credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for credit card authorization and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

SAFETY AND SECURITY OF PAYMENT
Always Sign accept VISA, MASTERCARD,AMEX .  Always Sign will not be held liable for breach of security and safety of information during the course of online ordering process.

Delivery

If the actual job specifications are different from the original supplied specification, or if the materials are received by Always Sign after the pre-scheduled production date or if changes are made after proofing, the pre-determined delivery date is subject to change. Always Sign is not responsible or liable for any loss incurred by the customer due to the delay in delivery of any print job.

Customer Service

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services. Both our production and customer service staff use email and phone information to communicate with customers about issues pertaining to their orders.
